Very good condition. Cotton poly blend. Feels like a sweatshirt but looks like an elegant pea coat with optional tie waist. Two front pockets double breasted brass buttons with color and button detailing at shoulder. Falls to upper thigh. Size small in Aqua runs small, fits extra small also.
