H&M cloth trouser pant

Fabric is super soft and lightweight, has two pockets and 1/2 the waistband is elastic in the back. Very gently worn and condition is like new with no flaws. These pants are great for casual loungewear or warm weather business casual. Fabric does not stretch, and they are fairly true to size, they would fit a typical 10 or 12.
