Vintage High Waisted Velvet Skirt

This skirt is out of my fancy fabulous grandmothers closet! She traveled the world and I almost don’t want to sell this. It is striped variants of green throughout. Long and handmade. Brand is Tanner. Says size 10 but I will list measurements as that is not the case. One of a kind absolutely stunning! Needs to be cleaned as was sitting for a long time. Waist 14” Length 43 1/2”
