rock_n_pop_mem @donlalo1969 Hello, when I refund an order it is only for two reasons, either I do not have it in stock (my inventory is constantly moving in various marketplaces) or because it is damaged and it did not pass the review before sending it to the client, I send him a counter offer which is 12.5% of the value of the item (here most vendors give between 5% and 10%), if it doesn't work for you there are no problems, there are thousands of options to choose from, Thanks
