Philosophy, Republic deep slate blue frilled sleeveless turtleneck with three buttons in the back of turtleneck. This top is in excellent condition. Chic AM or PM. Stunning color. Size M. Arm pit to arm pit/18”. Shoulder to bottom is 21”. Can wash by hand in warm or cold water. I love this, but outgrew it!
