Elizabeth and James Black Bow Dress

Black mini cocktail dress with silk bow across bust. Open back with wide crossed elastic band. 26" length measured from top of side seam to hem. Stretch rayon/nylon/poly blend. I am missing the straps but prefer the dress strapless anyways! The bow doesn’t stay up permanently as shown in photos.
