VTG Fire-King BLUE MOSAIC Cup Saucer set by Anchor Hocking, USA, 1960s

FIRE-KING Stacking Cup / Mug & saucer set in the BLUE MOSAIC pattern. Made in USA. Features opaque matte exterior colour, white gloss interior, donut-shaped handle, slight flare to the cup base ring. Saucer is high-gloss white. Circa 1966-1969. Brief history of Fire-King: 'In 1942, Anchor Hocking introduced the popular Fire King glassware line which they continued making into the late 1970s. Fire-King was pressed glass dinnerware and kitchenware made from oven proof glass, usually opaque apart from a few items like the clear "crystal" line in ovenware.' -- Collectors.com.
