White background with lines is not part of the decal that is the paper it is sticking to. Size is 12cm wide x 9.91cm heigh color is firebrick I can do custom sizes if desired I can also make this in different colors such as white, black, light yellow, blues, reds, oranges, greens and pinks. Vinyl is waterproof as well. If applying it to a product that needs to be washed you will need to wait 24 hours for the vinyl to cure before washing .
