Very rarely worn & never once to yoga. These pants are on the thicker side and do a good job of supporting and warming your legs in the colder parts of the year. Inseam is 23.5 inches, so this is not a full length pant, more of a capri or cycling style. The high traffic inseam area is pretty much pristine, these are great high quality pants and again, I did not wear them for high intensity anything.
