White part is not part of the decal that is the paper it is sticking to. Size is 3.5in wide x 6in heigh color is black I can do custom sizes if desired I can also make this in different colors such as white, black, light yellow, blues, reds, oranges, greens and pinks. I will be continuing to add different decals so please check out my profile . If you purchase more then 1 decal we can do a bundle price . Made with permanent vinyl. Can be used outdoors and indoors. Vinyl is waterproof as well. If applying it to a product that needs to be washed you will need to wait 24 hours for the vinyl to cure before washing .
