Super sweet 1940s style novelty print dress. Cream shells/nautical print on a dark navy blue background. Wide shoulders and trim waist echo a classic 40s silhouette. Made in the 1980s, it has all the period flavor of an earlier piece and can really be accented nicely with vintage details such as cat eye sunglasses, a large hat, and tons of jewelry.
