NWT gorgeous elegant black velvet top with a draping neckline. It is has rhinestones embellishing the front center. There is a hidden zipper that actually goes up the back. Brand is KM Collections by MILLA BELL. It is tagged a size 14 however I would check measurements. Material is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Measurements while garment is laying flat -Across chest 21" -Across waist 18" (will stretch to about 21") -Length from top of shoulder to bottom of shirt 21"
