Beautiful, high quality skirt from Milly. New with tags. Fabric from Italy. Fully lined and very substantial feeling. Beautiful front pleating detail. Does have some slight marks toward bottom of hem (pictured) that would likely come out with dry cleaning… but it’s also very long, so if you hem the skirt, the marks may come off that way!
