kellyalicer LOL 😂 I was a real estate broker for 15 years, and I have seen some pretty rediculous negotiating mistakes! I am glad that you found humor in it and shared it with me because I was not going to respond at all. When I first posted this about 2 years ago I let a $90 offer go, and have been mad at myself ever since, so that is why I was trying to get at least $60, but a laugh on a day like today is definitely worth $3 😂

Then I came home.

lifebloom @kellyalicer THEN I realised I FORGOT THE ACCURSED TAPE GUN BACK AT THE POST OFFICE. I tried calling, but the number goes to the United States Postal Service direct complaint line or whatever, so it perkily offered me stamps and other trash while I screamed “REPRESENTATIVE” at it. I gave up and went back. Grabbed it, held it up and shook it angrily, made an impressive noise of disgust at which the mail girl cackled, and drove back home in time for therapy. THAT IS HOW MY DAY HAS GONE
