Pretty floral dress with smocked bust (stretchy/elastic material around bust to waistline). High coverage, rounded neckline, keyhole with button closure in back. Approximately 36.5” in length from top to shoulder to bottom hem. I’m 5’3” and that is knee length on me. Bust approximately 34-35” with stretch. Fluttered bottom of skirt. NWT condition.
