I sent two of my most valuable items to Posh headquarters jacket and new Gg gone

I’m So upset! I sent a 1900.00 jacket Moncler and a brand new pair gg sneakers to posh headquarters and they never sent them to the buyer, I have emailed 100 times what is happening?? I never got my items I never got my money I’m furious! Anyone else having problems? I mail things out everyday never had a prob I send to them they disappear why? What’s happening
