Parker Navy blue Scrunch dress

This Parker navy blue scrunch dress has never been worn, purchased at Bloomingdale’s. It’s beautiful and sadly has sat in my closet for two years unworn and needs a home! It’s a size small but fits like a medium and just doesn’t fit me right! It’s very complimentary with the bow being right over the belly and waist area. The dress is considered a mini but falls a bit longer almost to the knee on me, I’m 5’2 for reference. It’s great to be dressed up with a heel for a dinner or bridal shower or event, or dressed down with a sandal or sneaker for every day. The dress is super light material, great for warm trips or living in a warm destination.
