suzh77 @zieds No it's the person selling the item that is responsible for listing the condition... though l understand your frustration at receiving a damaged item. You should NOT have accepted the item . You needed to report it and return damaged item to seller to get your money back. Not pass the damaged item on to others!

cocoviolette Ladies, I would like to weigh in. I both sell and buy on Poshmark. I have had no trouble returning and getting refunded for defective items - you have to be persistent and not give up and follow the prompts - once you figure it out the support system and other sellers are pretty good about taking item back and refunding it. You should never accept an item that is unusable and defective. It helps all of us if you work through the system and make a return.
