Sorry for the lower offer. I just don't have much money. I can't work but really have wanted these boots for so long.
I have tried so many times to buy them but someone always comes along and either scams me or sells them to me and then cancels the sale to sell to someone else.
I just want to buy a pair that I can wear before it gets too hot to. I live in Arizona. Thanks for the consideration. Pam

@aazz08 I don't know as I'm a true 7.. they are big on me & I typically would wear 2 pair of thick socks when I wore these & they were still big. It is a possibility that they may fit 8.5 but not sure. Sorry

@aazz08 I wear a size 8 in all free birds and have the old style granys like these and they run true to size. I would size up to a nine if you are an 8.5! :-)
