shoelover___ @jkd78 I’m sorry i do not know the model number on this item, i don’t know if it’s any of those numbers on the last picture of the tag. I will say it does run pretty big i was wearing it at a size large in tops. Hope that helps you and hope you can find the size you are looking for😊
