Yes, the tag says this is a size Large but it fit me snugly (and I'm a medium). This fun, funky top is in excellent condition. I think I wore it once. If you have a large chest, this top won't fit. The material has a tiny, tiny bit of stretch to it. From the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 21.5 inches. Across the waist (at the level of the third button) is 16.5 inches.
