Necklace and Dangle Earring Set Maybe Cloisonné Victorian Looking

Beautiful Necklace and Dangle Earring Set. Maybe this is Cloisonné? Although, I'm not sure. I feel it’s Victorian looking. I believe the metal is silver colored and bronze colored. It’s really pretty and has weight to it. I have had this a long time and loved it so it shows all over wear but still has lots of life left in it. Earring Posts are a little bent. It is dirty and really needs cleaning but I’m unsure of how to clean it without damaging it. Measurements are approximate and colors may be off because of lighting. Bundle with other things in my closet and only pay 1 shipping fee up to 5 lbs. Since these aren’t new and have been used there may be imperfections.
