Black and white stretch tweed knit Vest back panel is black knit fabric Although vest size is marked PP, it fits like a 2P Although skirt size is marked PM, it fits like a 2P Add'l pictures show: Skirt waistband is a firm elastic. At rest it measures 13" and stretches to 15". Five inches below the waist, the skirt measures 16" across. At hem, the A-line skirt measures 23" across. Length of skirt is 18". Excellent condition, no flaws Smoke free, pet free home

speshulgurl Hi, I've added add'l skirt dimensions and pictures for you. At rest the elastic waist measures 13" and stretches to 15" across. The mannequin in the picture has a 24" waist ... that's why you can see a slight gap. In the last picture of the series, the closeup shows the interesting texture of the skirt which does not show that well in the photos.
