Vintage Nightgown With Lace

Vintage short sleeve nightgown with lace accents. It is very cute, but does have some flaws due to age. Sleeves were elasticized but elastic has broken down & yellowed (could probably be removed). Lace is in good shape, no rips. Small spots on back and 1 on front (last pic) and minor picks throughout. Part o/ hem was hand-repaired at some point. Unsure of decade. Material is nylon.
