I saw something on another starts with letter M site that was sold. Rectangular shape in beige canvas with only beige embroidery and 2 front pockets with small rings that look like wood. It's may not be vintage. Maybe you can help. I do a lot of needlework so it caught my attention. Maybe in will try to call Oililly USA
