Lab-created ruby diamanté gold tone size 9.0 ring

This is a beautiful lab-created red ruby and diamanté crystal gold tone size 9.0 cluster ring. The mount is probably gold plated, I’m I’m selling it as gold tone since it’s not stamped. In excellent vintage condition.
