"A Home is Made of Love" Completed Cross Stitch & Crewel Framed Signed Vintage

Vintage "A House is Made of Brick and Stone, a Home is Made of Love Alone" Completed Cross Stitch piece, Framed. Signed and dated 1991 by the stitcher on gift inscription on the back. 15.5 inches x 12.5 inches x .75 inch. Excellent Vintage condition. A spot on the letter B at the upper left, a smaller spot below the heart near bottom center may be due to foxing or bleeding of floss dye. There are occasional flecks of ? that ave gotten between the glass and the cloth. I do not have the tools to take it out of the frame and remove them. I leave that to the buyer. Gift inscription on back and a few tiny scratches on the sides of the frame. Please see photos for condition details. Thanks!
