great condition overall, small brown marks on one side, i posted pics really close up i promise you don’t notice them though they’re in the letters so hard to see, i only saw because i wanted to inspect the bag closely before selling:) the straps are PERFECT until you get to the shoulder part then they are very cracked as seen in photos, however i did call and they said they do replace the straps I just don’t want to deal with sending them off because I’m about to move, but you definitely could get them replaced!!
