NWT ~MSK SHORT BLACK COCKTAIL DRESS W/GLITZY BODICE FLOUNCE

This is new black cocktail dress is dynamite on the body!!! The flesh colored top area is just stunning on skin tone! I’ve placed in on a mannequin so it can be seen in it’s natural state.
