I am so sad this dress is too small for me! It is the essence of early 90’s style and so adorable. Has his classic cross straps in the back and buttons all the way from the bust to the hem - so you can unbutton for a sassy slit if you wish. Navy with polka dots and big pearl buttons. Rayon and fully lined - no stretch. Tag says size 4 but I think may be closer to a 2 so see measurements: Bust - 16 inches across Waist - 14 inches across Hips - 24 inches across Length from shoulder to hem: 48 inches
