Viola from Anthropologie silk skirt, size 0/XS, measures 2/4, EUC

Pretty silk skirt from Anthropologie. Says size O, but measures more like a 2-4 or XS w 27.5” waist and length of 23.5 to fall at the knee. Side zip, green cotton lining and red tie in back. So pretty 😍 Please check measurements for fit. EUC
