chansonann @alisonyogi they do have some stretch. I kept one of the 25s fo4 myself, actually, and have worn them several times. if you can give me about an hour, I'll let you know the waist, inseam, and hip measurements laying flat, as well as the actual fiber content

chansonann @alisonyogi abour 13.5" across waist flat to 14.4" when stretched, note that they have a 10" front rise, so they sit near your natural waist--high waisted. about 17" across hips. about 29" inseam. I added the last photo showing the material, too!
