Soft white decorative skirt

A standard, double layered skirt that was purchased as a set for a holiday party but was unfortunately separated from its top. The skirt alone was worn a couple of times outside of the party in the Spring and Summer, but I have decided to sell it. It went great with a black T shirt and matching sneakers, or with an orange crop top and tan sandals!
