@aaronrredden Oh yes no worries but what I am trying to explain is once the item is purchased by the buyer the item is listed as SOLD then we get a pre paid label email, then we pack the item and dispatch so here I have not got any so I will not be able to dispatch the item.😔

@aaronrredden Actually they are slow in all this process so we tend to find the solution ourself🤪. usually if this transaction happen and the money get deducted the refund will happen in a weeks time. Poshmark has only one customer support unlike other and the customer support mail is always an automated ☹️☹️☹️
