rlo618 @pacskyjewelry Hi! Sorry for my slow response. The pants are NWT & there isn’t anything wrong with them. The waist is stretch elastic, but just measuring across the front, I get 13”. It has an 11” rise. They are 4% spandex, so they will be stretchy. Thanks!
