Lip Service 2010 Steampunk Step in Time Black Garter Belt with Vinyl Contrast L

This is the Step in Time garter belt from Lip Service’s 2010 Step in Time line. It is a black canvas fabric with raw edge detail, vinyl contrast trim, and copper hook and eye accents. It is labelled a size Large, but may run a little small. It is in excellent condition, and is new without tags with no signs of wear. I do have pets. I try to keep my items clean and in a separate room, but there may be stray hairs.
