Iโm good my shoulder is feeling a lot better but my slap muscle in my arm is still painful from time to time. Iโm doing PT every day in my home and one day a week in the drs office. Do you think PT works?

Itโs platelet rich plasma. They basically take it out of your arm as a blood draw, put it in the center of the ocean, separate your red platelets and inject it into the store area or ripped area to regenerate muscle on its own, using your own blood and I can tell you more about it if youโd like.

@clmartini hi there, doing well thank you, this is an amazing set for sure ๐๐ฅฐ the pencil refills can be any generic that you can get from any store, but in all honesty the pen refill still the original I got with the pen, I got this set in the 90s and only used the ink few times, it was just in my purse all these years and I wonโt be able to tell you where to get a refill, the ink still works perfectly.
