Skirt waist measures 16.5 inches, this suit is so flattering but it is too big now. Buttons are turning but it’s not noticeable when worn. Purchased from my fav vintage store in OKC. Retail was $70 asking $30 OBO. Size is 14P, I wore it when I was a 10-12.
