karipeterson78 @monkeywoman4 Hi, here are the measurements when it is laying flat. It is 18 wide in the butt/thigh area. Waist is 14 1/2 in. 28 in long. Fabric has a little give and the waist band is elastic. I have worn it being a size 6 up to size 8 in most clothes.
