thirstylemon @wednesday_child Hi there! Both of those measurements are shown as pictures in the listing. The chest measurement, which would be the underarm to underarm photo, is 17", and the shoulder to hem was cut off at the top and is sideways, but is 19" with a little fringe beyond that.
