msold @edrinberg hello. Thank yiu for the like in the cute shirt. Ptp is about 19” the bust area is about 20-21” The front is 18” from scoop neck to bottom. It has elastic around back scoop neck and shirt drapes nicely. Could be worn on or off shoulder. Tag says small but would prob fit a medium too. Due to elastic around back scoop. Lmk if you have any other questions. I started a bundle for you. 😀😀😀
