@awilliams625 hi there! Unfortunately poshmark doesn’t allow returns (unless there is a problem like the item isn’t as described) so I’m not able to offer you that option. If it helps though, I can throw in a pair of new heel pads/cushions for free! (I have a ton of these as I often use them whenever shoes are a quarter to half a size too loose on me!)
