This dress is super cute! The color is off-white and it has a light blue stripe throughout the whole dress. The straps are just string straps that tie in a bow at your shoulders. It has stitching at the waist, at the bottom ruffle and down the center in the back. The strings that tie at the shoulders have tassels at the ends of them in the same off-white color. This is an extra-large. I just missed the date when I was able to take it back to get my money back. It was too big on me but so adorable. The material is very light, almost see through. The length of the dress is 45 inches from the top of the bow on the strap to the very bottom of the dress.
