Vintage Blazer and Skirt Set. It is dark blue. with thin white and black lines. The skirt has elastic waist. The white lace part is attached in one side. If you want to use a blouse the flap can be hidden easily. 3/4 sleeves, triangular goldstone buttons. Brand- Olivia Rose New York. Measurement skirt 20 in from waist to hem, hip to hip 19 in.
