shaenna_white @sgarretson68 OH no! I will have to get a tape measure. I can't say any exact measurements until then, but I can say that even with the zipper, it does stretch a bit around the waist. It is true to size for medium, I'd say the same as medium high waisted jeans.

shaenna_white @sgarretson68 It will fit a small, I was a small when I wore it the one time. As a now size Large, it won't fit at all. It just won't fit around the legs as form fitting as medium sized thighs if you are a size small. I hope this helps! I will not lie, I got a medium so that it would fit my backside better and it stayed fitting around the waist.
