I think the knit of the main body may be similar to what is called "chains and links" but so far I can't find a definitive answer/the same looking stitch online so far. Elongating vertical rope knit side and hem detailing; almost a miniature popcorn like detailing in other areas. [If you know what these stitches are actually called feel free to let me know; online search results have not been that helpful.] Hem is rounded and indented at sides like a button down shirt. Cotton is relatively soft, not stiff like some chunky cotton sweaters are. Jones New York 100% Cotton Was a Size L but shrunk significantly during first wash. Going with M now based on current approximate measurements: 18.5" across armpits| 22.5" long front center neck to hem| 26" long back center neck to hem Material does have some give. Worn and machine washed twice. Stored folded rather than on hanger (to prevent stretching). Only photographed on hanger.
