Festival Captain's Military Hat

All handmade, one of a kind. Hat has adjustable velcro inside. Includes removable bead and silver plated chain (you can add elastic rope or string in its place if you are planning to move around a lot). Note the hat itself is slightly warped (see top right edge) but not noticeable. I use E6000 glue so rest assured nothing will fall off unless you are really trying to yank at it. Great for festivals, raves, or special occasions like a wedding or birthday. This is a prototype for my store.
