Urban Outfitters low back halter dress, size small. Beautiful gauzy material with colorful design. Has a side zip closure and hook and eye halter neck. Dress is fully lined. Worn a bunch of times and in good condition. Has one small thread pulled as shown in last photo but it’s not noticeable.
