Like new. Only wore a few times. I transitioned into full vintage style a while go, so most of my modern pieces must go. The dress is very classic and feminine. Features ruffles on the skirt part, cold shoulder style is very flirty and cute and it has been on trend for a while. The sash is wide and long, can be wrapped around your waist a few times sculpting your curves. The waist is stretchy but the dress itself is pull-on style. Long blue stripes are timeless and delicate looking. Vertical stripes are also flattering and slimming on your body. NOTE: The straps have been shortened (see photos) by a professional seamstress but you can undo it if you want, it's not a permanent fix. The straps on this dress are not adjustable and they were way too loose in me. All offers are welcome! :) Suze is S but it runs a bit large, imo.
