golddey616 @marysmarket872 can u call ur bank and have them cancel that transaction or tell them it was fraud from that pick 5? I’d call my bank. They just picked the bags and gonna ship them out.

marygoround872 @golddey616 I wrote an email to Poshmark right after and I just got off the phone with my credit card company and there’s nothing they can do to cancel the pending transaction, all they said was to call when the payment has posted and dispute it but this has happened to me once before a few months ago and I tried disputing it but it basically got denied because Poshmark’s rules are “all bids are binding” which I think is ridiculous.

marygoround872 @golddey616 I understand they’re just trying to follow Poshmark’s rules but I think some sellers should be more empathetic about accidental bids because even though they say they can’t cancel the order, I know for a fact that they can because there are some sellers that are more understanding that accidents happen and are more than willing to cancel in that case. I mean, as a seller, why would you want to send something to someone that doesn’t want it? I know I wouldn’t.

marygoround872 @golddey616 Poshmark needs to be more like e B a y with these live auctions as in you should have to manually pay by entering your card info and if you have so many non-payments on auction wins then you get suspended from buying for a while. I think that’d be fair for both sides. But instead, now I’m going to have to unfollow bagriculture and probably end up blocking them so I can’t watch any of their shows even if I wanted to so that this never happens again.

golddey616 @marysmarket872 they can cancel but they won’t. I’ve seen some shows cancel before. It’s crazy because sometimes people may need that money for other things at that moment. They don’t really think about that. Poshmark needs a better bid button a way you can turn it on and off to prevent accidental bids. Exactly I wouldn’t want to send out bags to someone who doesn’t want them. Hopefully with what he picked you can list them and get rid of the items. Hopefully they will net you what you spent.

golddey616 @marysmarket872 They really need to allow people to cancel if it’s an accident it’s really disheartening and throws people off. Like it’s an accident you can’t cancel I may have needed that money for other things. It also pushes some people away from the show if it happens. Other shows will cancel and allow swaps as well. Hopefully they will change their policy because it’s affecting a lot of people in the wrong way.

golddey616 @marysmarket872 The Prada and Celine were good picks that Anthony made. The Gucci is okay it has some weird glue stuff on it. I think there may have been another Celine or Gucci as well. So you should be able to get those gone.

marygoround872 @golddey616 I completely agree with you! I think it’s exceptionally unreasonable to not cancel an accidental bid purchase as a seller especially when it’s that large of an amount and you’re not a regular purchaser.

marygoround872 @golddey616 And yes, your idea on being able to turn on and off the bid button would be a great solution to this problem as well! I’m going to do whatever I can through Poshmark and my credit card payment but if all else fails, I guess I’ll be posting some expensive ass bags that I don’t even know how to properly care for up for sell. 🥴🙄😒

golddey616 @marysmarket872 No problem love I’ve seen it happen a lot and I’m like that’s just ridiculous that they can’t cancel for someone knowing it was a pure accident. They don’t take into consideration what other things ppl may have going on. Definitely keep contacting posh and your bank to see if there is anything they can do. Hopefully you got the tags from some of the ladies who said they would buy the bags from you.
